A few applications for this extrusion include (but are not limited to):  Machine frames, safety guarding, heavy duty workstations, enclosures, material or fixture carts, etc.  The 5/16” t-slot width is ideal for retaining polycarbonate, acrylic, abs, glass or other types of panel materials. 

Extrusion may be tapped 5/16-18 thread (no pre-drilling!), for use with “std” fasteners.
