Base Plates are adapters for mounting a leveling foot onto a profile where there isn't a centerbore to tap. The adjoining extrusion needs to be tapped to receive the Base Plate, then a leveling foot attached to the Base Plate. Our Caster Base Plates are similar, and are used to center a caster onto the end of a profile where mounting isn't possible otherwise.
