Construction Materials:

  • Framing Tech 40mm series anodized aluminum profiles (8mm) t-slots (80x80-08, 40x80-08, 40x40-08 profiles used)
  • QC40-08 Quick-Connectors (allow re-positioning)
  • GDR60F Leveling Casters with rubber pad 
  • EC8080-08 End caps for any exposed extrusion
  • 1/2" 6061 AL. for Cobot Mounting Plate

Assembly Tools:

  • 6mm Allen Wrench

Optional:

  • Alternate dimensions available to suit your requirements. Send us the marked-up drawing with your specs for a customized solution.
  • Add additional rails for fixturing, miter-bracing, external plates for dynamic or heavy (+500lb.) loads.
