HR & Finance Manager

Nicole has been with Framing Tech for 14 years, bringing a people-focused approach to leadership and strategic decision-making. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and caring for her horses.

She’s passionate about empowering sales team performance through strategy and structure, while streamlining processes, building scalable systems, and uniting people and platforms.

Engineering Manager

Marcus brings over 15 years of experience in automation, product design, medical devices, and machine design. At Framing Tech, he leads a team that delivers hundreds of custom projects annually, collaborating closely with customers across the country to turn ideas into practical solutions.

Todd Collins

Assembly Technician Supervisor

Todd brings deep knowledge of assembly to Framing Tech, with years of experience and a mastery of tips and tricks that make complex builds possible. He transforms parts and extrusion into finished products and guides the assembly team toward success.

 Cutting and Machining Supervisor

Jorge leads our team of machinists, overseeing all cutting and machining operations to keep the shop running efficiently. He coordinates projects from start to finish, ensuring every part meets our quality standards and deadlines.

Jessica is a dedicated member of the Framing Tech team with more than 20 years of customer service experience. She is passionate about building strong relationships, supporting smooth operations, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve success.
